Salary: NJC Grade D (3–4)
Start date: September 2025 – 12‑month Fixed Term
The School and Role
A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Northampton is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. Supporting across Key Stage 2, you will plan and deliver targeted small-group activities, provide one-to-one support, and work collaboratively with class teachers and parents to help every child achieve their potential. Requirements
You will only be considered if you meet the following essential criteria:
Proven experience working in a UK primary school setting
Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent qualifications/GCSEs in English & Maths)
Ability to work flexibly, adapt to changing needs, and collaborate with teaching staff
A passion for nurturing young learners and helping them reach their full potential
