A welcoming and supportive school in Tamworth is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time role involves providing tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them develop confidence and essential skills in a nurturing learning environment. About the Role * Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant * Location: Tamworth * Contract: Sept 2025– July 2026 * Focus: Supporting children with SEN As a Teaching Assistant, you will: * Provide classroom support to enhance student learning and engagement. * Work collaboratively with teachers to create an inclusive and motivating environment. * Adapt learning strategies to meet the needs of individual students. * Build strong, positive relationships with students, acting as a trusted role model.
