Position: General Teaching Assistant (KS1 and KS2)
Location: Camden, North London
Pay: £90-£125 per day (experience dependent)
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
Start: September 2025
Nearest Stations: Camden Town (Northern Line), Kentish Town West (Overground), and multiple bus routes from Euston, King's Cross, and Chalk Farm. Easy access via public transport and limited parking nearby.
What the Role Involves
Supporting classroom teachers with lesson delivery, group activities, and behaviour management
Providing one-to-one assistance where needed, including for pupils with mild learning needs
Helping with literacy and numeracy booster groups across KS1 and KS2
Assisting with classroom prep, tidying, and resource organisation
Creating a warm, structured learning environment where children feel supported and inspired
Collaborating closely with teaching staff and the wider school team to maintain high standards
