About the Roles
We are seeking skilled and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs across all year groups from Nursery to Year 6. Responsibilities include:

Delivering personalised support tailored to pupils’ individual education plans
*
Working closely with class teachers to adapt resources and strategies
*
Monitoring progress and contributing to assessment and reporting
*
Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
*
Liaising effectively with parents, staff, and external professionals

Experience working 1:1 with children, ideally in a primary school setting

Excellent communication, patience, and empathy
*
Strong organisational skills and reliability

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
