Career Teachers is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, motivated Learning Support Assistant to become part of the team at a high performing Primary School in Normanton. We are looking for someone with a proactive 'can-do' attitude and a passion for doing whatever it takes. Beyond that, we are looking for an individual who demonstrates the potential to excel in their role.
This school takes great pride in its commitment to inclusivity and fostering independence among their 350 pupils, aged 3 to 11. They uphold high standards of respect and achievement, with a dedicated team striving to provide the best education and opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Supporting pupil's learning needs in order to support teaching and learning in the classroom and across the school
Supporting the preparation, planning and implementation of individual and group learning activities and intervention programmes across the school
There may also be times when you are required to work with pupils who have additional needs It would be advantageous if you:
Hold a childcare qualification such as CACHE Level 2 or 3
Have previous experience working as a classroom Teaching Assistant
Have experience working with children with additional needsOur benefits:
