THE ROLE – Teaching Assistant
In this role, you will work closely with pupils with ASD, providing 1:1 and small group support to help them access learning and develop key skills in communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction. Under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO, you’ll help deliver tailored interventions and use strategies such as visual aids, PECS, or other communication tools to create a positive and structured learning environment.
