Fostering engagement and participation: Employing creative and adaptive strategies to make learning accessible and enjoyable, helping students who may be disengaged to reconnect with their education.
Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive atmosphere: Building strong, trusting relationships with students, acting as a consistent and positive role model, and ensuring a supportive environment where every student feels valued.
Contributing to students' holistic development: Supporting not only academic progress but also their social, emotional, and mental health through structured activities, positive reinforcement, and consistent guidance.
Collaborating closely with staff: Working as part of a dedicated team alongside teachers and other professionals to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and communicate student progress and challenges effectively.
