Vision for Education is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to join a welcoming secondary school in St Austell as a Trainee Teaching Assistant.
No previous experience is required — we provide full training, ongoing support, and paid, on-the-job experience. This is an excellent first step into a career in education, whether you’re aiming to become a teaching assistant, teacher, or work in pastoral support.
What You’ll Do
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
