A nurturing and well-regarded early years setting in Westminister is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for early learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework
Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote children's learning and development
Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to individual learning journeys
Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all timesRequirements:
A minimum of a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
Previous experience working in an early years setting
A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
