GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and energetic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Year 3 class at a welcoming primary school in Bournemouth. About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will play a key role in helping pupils thrive academically and socially. You’ll work closely with the class teacher to support learning activities, encourage positive behaviour, and create a nurturing classroom atmosphere.
Your responsibilities as Teaching Assistant (TA) will include:
Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to Year 3 pupils.
Provide individual and small group support to help children reach their full potential.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Work alongside teaching staff and school leadership to ensure consistent support for all learners.
