Key Responsibilities:
Support class teachers in delivering high-quality teaching and learning
Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils as required
Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and behaviour management
Supervise pupils during break times and transitions
Foster positive relationships and promote pupil well-being
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, approachable, and committed to helping children succeed
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Organised, flexible, and proactive in the classroom
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are beneficial but not essentialBefore You Apply
