Salary: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant (TA):
Support pupils in the classroom, both one-to-one and in small groups.
Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupil engagement.
Support children with additional needs, including SEN where necessary.
Foster emotional and social development through positive encouragement.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is desirable.
A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for working with children.
Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
