Pay: £85 - £100 per day | Contract Type: Long-term, full-time | Location: Hayes, Hillingdon | Start Date: September 2025

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Hayes, Hillingdon, who are seeking a dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time from September 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting classroom teachers across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3-KS4)
Working with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, particularly those with SEN or additional needs
Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management
Promoting a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Supporting the implementation of learning strategies and behaviour plansRequirements:
Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils is desirable (school, tuition, youth work or mentoring)
Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
A genuine interest in education or a future career in teaching
