What You’ll Do:
Support pupils’ learning, confidence, and wellbeing across a range of ages and abilities
Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
Help create safe and positive classroom environments
For HLTAs: confidently lead lessons and support learning independently
What You’ll Need:
Previous experience as a TA or HLTA in a UK school (or relevant childcare/education experience)
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
