Year 1 LSA Specialist Needed: Group Intervention & Phonics - Walthamstow, September start!
Are you an exceptional, experienced Learning Support Assistant passionate about making a real difference in Year 1?
A vibrant primary school is seeking a highly skilled LSA to join their team, with a specific focus on delivering group intervention and phonics support to Year 1 pupils.
Role Details:
* Role: Learning Support Assistant
* Location: Walthamstow
* Start Date: September 2025
* Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) 8:15am-4pm
* Key Stage: Year 1, Key Stage One
* Daily Rate: £106-£115 depending on experience

* Strong phonics expertise, confidently delivering systematic phonics instruction and guiding children through various phases.
* A knack for using creative and engaging strategies to keep young learners motivated and focused.
* Excellent behaviour management skills, fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment.
