Pay: £455 - £480 per week

We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Northfield, Birmingham (B31). This is a full-time role starting in September 2025, supporting teaching and learning across Years 3 and 4.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support whole-class teaching and learning across Year 3 and Year 4.
Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality and engaging lessons.
Prepare materials and resources to ensure smooth and effective lesson delivery.
Help ensure that learning is accessible and inclusive for all pupils.
Lead small group interventions focused on developing core subject skills in reading, writing, and maths.
Provide in-class support to pupils with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and non-verbal communication needs.What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a candidate who:
Has classroom-based experience within a primary school setting.
Has a sound understanding of the early Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Is confident delivering small group interventions in reading, writing, and maths.
Has experience supporting pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and non-verbal pupils.
