Horizon Teachers is seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher with a strong background in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) for a rewarding opportunity in Hounslow, starting in September 2025. The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated teacher with proven experience in supporting pupils with SEND across KS1 and KS2. You will be responsible for delivering a differentiated and inclusive curriculum that ensures all pupils can access learning and achieve their full potential. This role requires someone confident in managing diverse learning needs and fostering a nurturing, structured classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess differentiated lessons for KS1 and KS2 in line with the national curriculum
Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with a range of SEND
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Monitor and track pupil progress, tailoring interventions accordingly
Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, parents, and external agencies
Promote the social, emotional, and academic development of all pupils
