Midday Supervisor – Downley
Hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Downley, High Wycombe
Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our dedicated team, supporting children with severe disabilities and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).
About the Role:
As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting our pupils during the lunchtime period. This includes:
Providing assistance with feeding and personal care (training will be provided)
Supporting children in a safe, nurturing environment
Promoting positive interactions and ensuring pupils are comfortable, happy, and well looked after
What We’re Looking For:
Kindness, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children with complex needs
A team player who is reliable and proactive
Previous experience preferred but not essential – full training in feeding and personal care will be provided

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
