An inclusive and forward-thinking secondary school in Hounslow is hiring a passionate Teaching Assistant to support students across KS3 and KS4. This Teaching Assistant opportunity in Hounslow is ideal for a graduate looking to gain classroom experience before training as a teacher or pursuing a career in youth support or psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
Work 1:1 and in small groups with students needing additional support
Assist teachers with planning, resources and behaviour management
Support students with SEN, EAL and emotional needs
Encourage engagement and participation in lessons
Requirements:
Degree in any subject (Humanities, Psychology and English are desirable)
Strong communication and team-working skills
Empathy, patience and enthusiasm for education
