Role: Teaching Assistant Location: SK7 - Bramhall, Stockport Start Date: September 2025 Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM (afternoons only) Pay: £13.69 - £15.87 per hour (PAYE or umbrella) Contract: Part-time, fixed-term for the academic year A friendly, inclusive primary school in the Bramhall (SK7) area is looking for a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to join their Year 2 team this September. This part-time role is perfect for someone who wants to work afternoons only while making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs. You'll be supporting a small group of pupils, including children with SEN such as ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and communication challenges. The teaching assistant role will see you working closely with the class teacher and a dedicated support team to create a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment.
