We're on the lookout for brilliant Teaching Assistants to join our growing team in and around Sleaford. Whether you're an expert in phonics, a master of multiplication tables, or a champion of keeping paint mostly on the paper, we have a role for you!
From September onwards, we'll have a variety of opportunities in welcoming schools - from day-to-day supply to long-term placements. Every day is different, every classroom has its own charm, and every child's smile makes it worth it.
What you'll need:
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
A genuine interest in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with pupils, teachers, and parents.
The ability to follow teacher-led plans and adapt to the needs of individual learners.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
Right to work in the UK (Proof required)
