Are you passionate about early years education?
Vision are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistant with an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) qualification to join our team in the TS5 area. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on young children's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective learning experiences for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Assist with the planning and preparation of activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Provide one-on-one support for children with additional needs, ensuring all students are included and supported.
Help maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Monitor and record children’s progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents as required.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a welcoming and inclusive school community.
Requirements:
A valid EYFS qualification (Level 2 or 3).
Experience working with children in an early years setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time role, with flexible hours that may vary depending on the school’s needs. There is potential for the role to become full-time and permanent, depending on the requirements of the school.
This position will commence in October 25 until at least April 26, depending on the needs of the school.
Location:
This position is based in the TS5 area, with opportunities to work across multiple schools within the local area.
