JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking a positive, proactive Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 in a welcoming Northfield primary school. You’ll play a vital role in classroom life—supporting small groups, encouraging participation, and helping pupils develop independence and confidence.
Whether assisting with phonics in EYFS or supporting literacy and numeracy in KS2, your role will be varied, hands-on, and incredibly rewarding. You’ll work closely with class teachers to prepare resources, reinforce learning, and maintain a structured and nurturing classroom environment.
