Are you passionate about supporting young people in their educational journey? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a thriving Further Education setting in Northampton.

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students aged 16+ in both group and 1:1 settings
Assist learners with a range of educational needs, including those with SEND
Work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons and ensure a positive learning environment
Help monitor student progress and provide tailored academic and emotional supportRequirements:
Experience supporting learners, preferably within a post-16 or secondary education environment
A calm, patient, and proactive approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for education and student development
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to initially pay for this, after working 20 working days you will be reimbursed for this cost)Why Tradewind Recruitment?
