Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Corby
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Pay: £90 - £115 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, long-term

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming secondary school in Corby that's looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. If you enjoy working with young people and want to support them in reaching their full potential, this could be the perfect role for you.
Whether you've worked in schools before or you're looking to get experience before starting teacher training, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting students in the classroom across different subjects
Working 1:1 or in small groups to help students who may need a little extra support
Helping teachers with classroom activities and resources
Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment
Supporting students with their confidence, wellbeing, and progressAbout you:
You enjoy working with young people and want to make a difference
You're calm, patient, and positive
You're a team player and have good communication skills
Experience in a school or with young people is helpful, but not essential
