The role:

Provide high-level SEN support across the school, including 1:1 and small-group interventions

Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored strategies

Make a real impact for pupils with complex needs — your expertise will shape their success
What you’ll need:

Significant SEN experience (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs)

A proven track record of improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs
*
TA qualification (Level 3 or higher) or equivalent classroom expertise
