Teaching Assistant – Primary & Secondary Schools
Location: Crawley and nearby areas
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible days available)
Pay: £89.05 – £110 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting pupils during lessons and helping them stay engaged
Assisting teachers with classroom tasks and routines
Creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for learning
Working flexibly across different schools and age groups
Encouraging pupils to build confidence and reach their potential
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people (in schools, youth work, care, etc.)
A patient, positive and adaptable attitude
Confidence to work in different school settings
A genuine interest in education and helping young people
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
