Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Multi-School Trust
Location: Bradford
Salary: £88–£110 per day
Contract: Full-time

Ready to take your Teaching Assistant skills across a whole community of schools?
We’re looking for experienced and adaptable Teaching Assistants to support a Multi-Academy Trust in Bradford. You’ll be working across a variety of primary schools, providing essential SEN support to pupils who need a little extra care and consistency.
Your role will include:
1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN across different settings
Adapting strategies to meet individual needs in each school
Supporting teachers with inclusive classroom practice
Building trust, confidence, and independence with pupils
Being a reliable, flexible member of staff across the trust
What we’re looking for:
Experience supporting children with SEN (essential)
Knowledge of autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs
A calm, patient, and positive approach to behaviour and learning
Flexibility to work across multiple schools in the trust
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
