We’re working with a welcoming primary school in TN13 seeking a Level 3 qualified TA with strong SEN experience to join their team.
The Role:

Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
*
Assisting the class teacher and SENCO in delivering tailored interventions
*
Helping children develop both academically and socially in a nurturing environment
*
Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
*
Strong SEN experience (ASD, ADHD, SEMH or similar)
*
A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
*
Someone passionate about helping children thrive
