Location: NG7 - Easily accessible from Nottingham City Centre, Sherwood, Hyson Green, and Beeston

Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Start Date: September 2025 - Immediate for the right candidate
Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm
Long Term Futures are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil at a welcoming and inclusive primary school in NG7. This role suits someone with the patience, creativity, and drive to help a young learner thrive both academically and socially.
Your Role:
Deliver tailored 1:1 support in literacy, numeracy, and social skills
Help the pupil access the curriculum through personalised strategies
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and resilience
Support the class teacher with interventions and daily routinesWe're Looking For:
Experience supporting children in KS1, ideally with 1:1 or SEND needs
A calm, adaptable, and nurturing approach
Confidence in delivering phonics and early number skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
