Full-Time SEMH Teaching Assistant - NG13 Area Dedicated SEMH School | Daily Rate: £90 - £120 (DOE) Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with a dedicated SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in the NG13 postcode area, who are looking for a caring and resilient Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. What will you be doing? As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you'll be a source of stability, encouragement, and positively for the young people you support. You'll: Work closely with students who may find school challenging, helping them engage in learning and daily routines. Provide 1:1 and small group support, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs. Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation through patience and empathy.
