Teaching Assistant Primary School - M40 Manchester Full-time | Long-term | Weekly Pay Pay: £13.69 - £15.87 per hour (dependent on experience) Reeson Education are recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a large, welcoming primary school in the M40 area of Manchester. This is a fantastic full-time, long-term opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils across KS1. The school is a vibrant, diverse community where children come from all walks of life, and no two days are the same. The role of Teaching Assistant will involve providing general classroom support in KS1, as well as delivering targeted SEN support for pupils with additional needs. You will work closely with teachers and senior leaders to ensure every child receives the tailored support they need to thrive. As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the teacher with daily classroom activities across KS1 Provide 1:1 and small group interventions for SEN pupils Encourage engagement, confidence and independence in learning Adapt to varying needs and abilities in a busy, dynamic environment Work as part of a supportive team who are committed to pupil progress We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is: Experienced in supporting children in primary education (KS1 experience desirable) Confident supporting SEN pupils with a range of needs Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable Ready to make a real impact in a diverse primary setting Details: Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm, Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch) Pay: £13.69 - £15.87 per hour, paid weekly Full-time, long-term role with potential for progression This is a brilliant opportunity for a committed Teaching Assistant to join a large Manchester primary school where you can develop your skills, gain invaluable experience, and make a lasting difference.
