Job Description
We are looking for Teaching Assistants to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate educators who want flexible, rewarding work supporting students to achieve their academic goals.
Requirements:
* Recognised NQT (Newly Qualified) (less than 2 years’ experience)
* Minimum of 2 years teaching or tutoring experience preferred
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, Science, (core subjects)
* TA (Teaching Assistant) experience working in an SEN environment, or on 1-1 basis with pupils with additional needs – including Behavioural, ADHD etc.
* Ability to deliver engaging, tailored lessons in person
* Reliable, professional, and committed to student success
