About the school..
The school caters to students aged 4- 16 years with Autism (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) severe learning disabilities (SLD), profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).
About you:
Experience specifically with children who have special educational needs or disabilities is highly valued
Understanding of different types of special educational needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia, speech and language difficulties, physical disabilities, emotional and behavioural needs).
Skills in differentiation and adapting learning to meet individual needs.
Ability to use specialist communication methods (Makaton, PECS, BSL, AAC devices, etc.) may be desirable
