Primary Teaching Assistant – Long-Term Role
Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £89.05 – £100 per day
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Are you enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to support children in a primary school setting? A friendly and inclusive school in East Grinstead is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team in a long-term role starting September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher
Assist with preparing learning resources and classroom activities
Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and engagement
Promote positive behaviour and help create a supportive learning environment
Provide general administrative and classroom support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with children (in school or other settings)
A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow teacher guidance and contribute ideas when needed
A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
