Role: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Ealing
Pay rate: up to £615 weekly
Contract: Term-time only
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a primary school setting? Horizon Teachers is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join they team on a long-term, term-time only basis.
Key responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils, including those with SEN
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
Assist with the preparation of resources and materials
Contribute to assessments by observing and recording pupil progress
Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff and parentsWho we are looking for:
Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting
A patient, caring and proactive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
A genuine passion for supporting children’s educational journey
