Job Description
Teaching Assistant
* A school based in Addlesto, KT15
* The chosen applicant must be a qualified nursery assistant holding a level 3 qualification
* The role is initially paid via the agency, with a view to becoming a permanent member of staff with the school
* Full-time - Monday to Friday (no part-time applications)
* You also must hold a valid right to work in the UK

We are a warm, friendly, and nurturing nursery school in Addlestone looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.
About the role:
As a valued member of our nursery, you will play a key role in supporting children’s early development, learning, and wellbeing. You’ll work closely with teachers and colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
* Provide one-to-one and group support to help children reach developmental milestones.
* Encourage independence, creativity, and a love of learning.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, caring, and welcoming environment.
What we’re looking for:
* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).
* Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
