Teaching Assistant – Primary School | CH3 Area
Location: CH3 Postcode (Chester and Surrounding Areas)
Salary: £85 – £105 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Start Date: Monday 29th September 2025
Contract Type: Temporary with potential for permanent placement

A friendly and inclusive primary school in the CH3 area is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join their team and make a real difference in the classroom.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be:

Supporting pupils in EYFS, KS1 (based on your strengths and experience)
*
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
*
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with SEND
*
Helping to create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
*
Has experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
*
Is patient, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting pupils’ development
*
Ideally holds a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent)
*
Has a current DBS on the update service or is willing to apply for one
