What’s the Role All About?
As a Secondary School Teaching Assistant, you'll be the right-hand person to teachers, working with students to help them succeed both academically and personally. Your day will include:
Supporting students in lessons, working with individuals or small groups to ensure they fully understand the content
Helping with classroom management to keep everything running smoothly, while promoting a positive, focused learning environment
Encouraging students to stay engaged, ask questions, and unlock their potential
Assisting with the development of student skills and building confidence in all subjects

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
