Teaching Assistant
Location: NG3 - Nearby to Mapperley, Gedling, and Carlton
Day Rate: £(Apply online only)
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Start Date: October 2025 - Immediate for the right candidate
Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm
Make a real difference in a school as a Teaching Assistant supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2. This is a great opportunity for someone with the passion and commitment to help children succeed both academically and socially.
Your Role Will Include:
Providing 1:1 and small group support in core subjects
Assisting with classroom routines, transitions, and behaviour management
Helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and interventionsWe're Looking For:
Experience as a teaching assistant or learning support assistant in a primary school, particularly across KS1 or KS2.
A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
Confidence in phonics, literacy, and numeracy support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
