Specialist 1:1 support for students with Special Educational Needs Key Responsibilities of a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA):
Assisting students in cultivating their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Collaborating with the class teacher, SENCO, and multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., Educational Psychologists) to monitor and advance student progress.
Contributing to the creation of an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
