Are you a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Rugby and nearby areas? Coba Education is currently recruiting Level 2 qualified Teaching Assistants to join our trusted supply team, supporting a variety of primary and SEN schools.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain diverse classroom experience by working on a supply basis, covering day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements. You’ll support pupils across a range of year groups and educational needs, helping to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom
*
Provide one-to-one or small group support, including for children with additional needs
*
Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet individual pupil needs
*
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
*
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
What We’re Looking For:
*
A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher)
*
Experience working in a primary or SEN school setting is highly desirable
*
A flexible and proactive attitude
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning
