The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working in a school setting
Have a foundational knowledge of PECs/ Cued Articulation or other Speech and Language provision
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A nurturing, positive approach with a passion for supporting children’s learning
The ability to adapt and respond to individual pupil needs
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and supportive learning experiences
Work in a primary school with a small group of children with Speech and language needs
Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with additional needs
Promote positive behaviour and encourage children to reach their full potential
Work collaboratively with class teachers and other staff
Be actively involved in wider school life, including events and enrichment activities
