We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The Role
Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour management
Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills

What We're Looking For
Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language)
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Ideally Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (not essential)
