They are now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join them as soon as possible.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You’ll work closely with teachers, provide 1:1 support, deliver small-group interventions, and help create a classroom environment where every child feels confident, encouraged, and able to thrive.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is caring, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
Support students in class to engage fully with their learning.
Deliver targeted support through 1:1 and small-group work.
Help students build confidence, resilience, and essential skills.
Assist teachers with classroom organisation and preparation.
Provide tailored support to students with additional needs.
