Castle Education are looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our busy supply pool for mainstream schools in Scarborough. We are working with a number of schools across the area who require reliable and flexible staff to support them with both short and long term cover.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy variety in your work and want to make a difference in different school settings, while having the support of a local, trusted agency.
What we’re looking for:
Recent experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
Confidence in supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
A flexible and adaptable approach, ready to step into busy classrooms when needed
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potentialWhat you can expect from us:
