Location: M21, Manchester
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay: £13.69 - £15.87 per hour

Reeson Education are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in the M21 area. This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who thrives in an energetic environment and is passionate about helping young learners succeed.
The Teaching Assistant will work primarily in EYFS and KS1, supporting children both individually and in small groups. You will help deliver learning activities, provide emotional support, and contribute to a positive classroom environment. This Teaching Assistant role requires someone adaptable, patient, and committed to supporting children with a variety of needs.
Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Work as a Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with additional needs.
Provide 1:1 and small group support under the guidance of teachers.
Assist with classroom activities and EYFS/KS1 structured learning.
Promote social, emotional, and academic development as a Teaching Assistant.
Support behaviour management and encourage positive engagement.
Collaborate with teachers and staff as a proactive Teaching Assistant.
Observe, record, and report pupil progress as a Teaching Assistant.
Help maintain a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment as a Teaching Assistant.
Deliver interventions, phonics, and learning activities tailored to pupils' needs.
Provide consistent, calm support as a Teaching Assistant throughout the school day.Teaching Assistant Requirements:
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.
Strong communication and team-working skills as a Teaching Assistant.
Patience, resilience, and a passion for helping children achieve their potential.
