Teaching Assistant Role Overview:
Full-time position supporting pupils across Foundation Phase and/or Key Stage 2
Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences
Providing one-to-one and small group support
Assisting with classroom management and pastoral care
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience working with children (school-based or other settings)
A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to build rapport with pupils and staff
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
