The Candidate will need:
Experience working with children
Good organisation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach to student well-being and development
Ability to motivate and support pupils
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the class teacher
Managing student behaviour and attendance
Helping to organise the classroom and create a positive environment
Supporting pupils at all levels and abilities to ensure they stay on task
Working collaboratively with teachers and parents
Contributing to the planning and organisation of group activities and events
