Full-Time Teaching Assistants - Salisbury - Long-Term Roles Available
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants for full-time, long-term positions in schools across Salisbury.
Role Overview:
Location: Salisbury
Duration: Long-term
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Settings: Mainstream and Special Educational Needs (SEN)Responsibilities:
Support pupils in the classroom with learning activities
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Provide one-to-one and small group support
Help children with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environmentRequirements:
Experience working with children (school-based or similar)
A caring and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
